About CEO Randy DuBois

Randy DuBois joined Cushing Regional Hospital and brought with him more than 20 years of executive level healthcare experience, including serving as CEO of Integris Grove General Hospital and Integris Miami Baptist Regional Health Center. During his time with Integris, he oversaw the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of rural Oklahoma hospitals in Grove and Miami.

Prior to joining Integris, DuBois worked for nine years as CEO of the Hillcrest Healthcare System (HHS) regional hospital division. In addition, he worked with the hospital CEOs to develop and execute strategic initiatives in line with HHS goals.
